Once your photo is printed, each image is cut out meticulously, one at a time, ensuring clean, sharp lines. Then, the assembly begins:

  • Step 1: Place the magnet base on the press and center the cardboard backing for structure.
  • Step 2: Spin the base to the second side, where we add the aluminum frame, your photo, and a protective mylar layer.
  • Step 3: Press firmly to seal the layers together, then lift and swing the base around for a second press.
  • Step 4: Perform a thorough quality check to ensure your magnet is flawless.
